LandInterview (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides resume analysis, ATS-oriented scoring, and related career tools for job seekers, with a focus on India. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website and services.

- Resume and file content. When you upload a resume (PDF, DOCX, or similar), we process the text and structure to generate your report.
- Usage and technical data. Such as browser type, device type, approximate location derived from IP, pages viewed, and diagnostic logs, used to secure the service and improve performance.
- Information you send us. For example, email content when you contact support, or details you voluntarily provide in forms.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide resume analysis, scoring, and recommendations;
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues;
- Improve models, prompts, and product features (using aggregated or de-identified data where possible);
- Communicate with you about the service, updates, or support;
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your resume to third-party recruiters without your explicit consent.
4. Storage and retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Retention windows may depend on your plan (free vs paid), infrastructure limits, and backup cycles. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal exceptions (see Contact section below).

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we encourage you to avoid uploading files that contain passwords, secrets, or highly sensitive employer confidential information.

Our services are intended for job seekers who can lawfully enter into agreements. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
