1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LandInterview website, resume analysis tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. Description of services
LandInterview provides software that analyses resumes (including ATS-oriented signals), suggests improvements, and may offer paid tiers with additional features. Features may change as we improve the product. We do not guarantee that any particular employer or ATS will score or parse your resume in the same way our tools estimate.
4. Accounts and payments
If you create an account or purchase a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Fees, billing cycles, and taxes (if any) are shown at checkout or in-product. We may use third-party payment processors; their terms may also apply.
5. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product you purchased and applicable consumer law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@landinterview.in with your order details. We will respond in line with our stated policy and legal requirements. Where law requires a cooling-off or cancellation right for digital services, we will honour it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate law or third-party rights;
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the Services;
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission;
- Use outputs to misrepresent qualifications or impersonate others;
- Upload content you do not have rights to use or that contains unlawful material.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of resumes and materials you upload. You grant LandInterview a licence to host, process, and analyse that content solely to provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The Services, branding, and software are owned by LandInterview or its licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the Services, no rights are granted to you.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. See also our Disclaimer.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LandInterview and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) a reasonable statutory minimum where law does not permit exclusion.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LandInterview against claims arising from your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or risks the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you reside.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes may be highlighted or notified where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
